Jeter Response to Inglis’ Action Plan

Charles Jeter, candidate for the Republican nomination for US Congress for South Carolina’s 4th District, announces the release of his response to Congressman Bob Inglis’ “Action Plan: America Wins.”

Mr. Jeter states “We live in a great country and have a very bright future. However, we do face real challenges that I don’t think are being addressed properly by Congressman Inglis. I intend to do everything I can to better represent and improve the lives of the people of Greenville, Spartanburg, Union and Laurens counties.”

Mr. Jeter’s response is his review of Congressman Inglis’ plan and serves to show the differences between the candidates, who will be vying for the Republican nomination in the Primary on June 10th.

Charles Jeter is a candidate for the Republican nomination for US Congress for South Carolina’s Fourth District. He served in the Reagan Administration as Regional Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He also served in the US Army, worked at the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), and spent twenty years as an environmental engineer in the private sector. Mr. Jeter lives in Greer with his wife of 40 years, Helen Bohlen Jeter. He has three children and eight grandchildren.

The Spartanburg Young Republicans are hosting a debate at 7pm on April 28th at the USC Upstate Readiness Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  Congressman Inglis and Charles Jeter have both agreed to the event and will be in attendance.

Questions will be taken in written form from members of the audience prior to the event.
