She enumerated that her promises to Alaska had already been fulfilled in her first two years. Why should she stay in office to be diced by political hacks, increase hers' and Alaska's debt fighting frivolous allegations? Why should she run for governor and run for another seat at the same time as many do? That "rubs my fur the wrong way." Typically, I would think finish her term, but as she says "It's not about politics as usual." It struck me as quite refreshing. I sense Sarah has a future and respect her position and strategy. I personally feel like she's trying to make the best call for her state and her country.
