Inglis hosting pharmaceutical roundtable tomorrow
As part of a comprehensive Health Care Tour entitled “Seeking Patient-Centered Care,” U.S. Rep. Bob Inglis’ (R-SC) will host a pharmaceutical roundtable tomorrow at the University Center in Greenville from 1:30-3 p.m.
The Upstate pharmaceutical roundtable consisting of approximately 10-20 area reps will focus on the impact the industry has physicians, clinics and patients.
Interested media should contact Price Atkinson in the Inglis office prior to arrival.

Issue: Pharmaceutical representatives influence physicians’ prescribing practices. They also benefit physicians in terms of education/research and the samples they give that get passed on to patients (something many patients don’t even realize).

My father scared me for a moment. He was ahead of me on political events in Spartanburg, which I am typically informing him of.
Unfortunately, I missed the Inglis event Friday the 23rd at The Clock in Boiling Springs. He did tip me off to a future event in the sparkle though.
Lindsey Graham will be speaking at Ron’s Hog Pen in Boiling Springs on June 7th @ 12pm. I have confirmed this Lindsey Graham’s campaign website.
